A business CSR policy can encompass a wide variety of options, from contributing a portion of a company’s profits to charity to purchasing equipment or donating time for employees to complete volunteer projects.
At Involve, we work with a vast array of companies, all dedicated to helping the community around them, being a force for good and allowing their staff to feel better about themselves in the process.
We are thrilled to share that local businesses generously gifted an incredible 2,226 hours of volunteering in 2025! Everyone’s dedication to activities such as weeding, clearing, planting, trimming, sowing, and painting has been invaluable to local charities and organisations. Support & Funding For Your CSR Day Initiatives
All environmental tasks on our rota directly contribute to the Bracknell Forest Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) and Climate Change Strategy (CCS). The BAP focuses on conserving biodiversity across six habitat themes, while the CCS aims to reduce carbon emissions and lead community efforts against climate change.
To accomplish this essential work, we need financial support as well as volunteer participation, especially as our Green & Active operations will be unfunded into the future. Some organisations have designated budgets for CSR days, so please check what your company has in place. Otherwise, please consider a minimum contribution of £10 per participant.
We will keep donors updated on funds raised and their utilisation, via our corporate mailing list. However, if financial support is a challenge, please reach out to us.
Donations should be made to Involve Community Services (bank details will be provided when you complete our registration form), and we will ensure 100% of funds go towards supporting BAP and CCS objectives, as well as our Green & Active work, including:
- Establishing community orchards
- Installing wildlife habitats
- Enhancing ponds and river habitats
- Revitalizing wetlands
- Creating heathland areas
- Conducting educational sessions
- Installing owl boxes
- Protecting swift and house martin nests
- Enhancing wildflower verges
- Purchasing tools and equipment
- Acquiring plants and seeds
- Improving community spaces for wildlife
