Meet those on our trustee board & find out why they volunteer for involve...James Harrison – Chairperson
James Harrison undertook the position as Chair of the Involve board in 2016 having been a trustee with Involve for since 2015. He joined the board in order to provide a new perspective, gained from his commercial experience, to support the ongoing development and growth of the local charity sector. James is the Regional Director for Business Value Engineering at IFS, a global software company, providing leadership across S&W Europe and Latin America. A former Army Officer, with an extensive leadership and management background, James brings significant experience in strategy, planning and transformational change.
In keeping with his military background, James is keen to support the local community, and views involve as a lynch-pin in driving Bracknell and Wokingham to the successful delivery of local charitable and support services. With the ongoing support of the other involve Board Members, the involve Team and wider community, James believes involve will continue to be seen as an essential part of Bracknell and Wokingham’s community services by local businesses, charitable organisations and local government.
Malcolm Dudson – Deputy Chair
Malcolm is a chartered electrical engineer and chartered physicist, who spent most of his industrial life in the computer industry, rising from research engineer to a variety of director positions.. On retirement, he spent ten years in general management consultancy.
His voluntary experience includes extensive cancer related work and educational activities. He was a governor of Bracknell and Wokingham College for 16 years, and ended a vice chairman.
Roumie Radountcheva – Treasurer
Roumie holds a master’s degree in business administration and brings to the organisation 30 years of experience within accounting and finance. Roumie is a Bracknell local and currently works as an accounting and compliance director at a large software development company based in Newbury. In addition to her position on our board, she is also a non-executive director at the local carers charity, Support Horizons.
Siobhan Goodchild – Trustee
Siobhan is an experienced HR Consultant, currently providing HR Services to small businesses and small charities across Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. Prior to launching her own HR consultancy business, Siobhan worked in-house across a wide range of sectors including IT outsourcing, Manufacturing and Distribution, at both a European and a UK level.
Siobhan is passionate about helping charities succeed by getting the very best out of their people and creating the best possible employee experience. Siobhan is excited to join the Involve trustee board to help shape some of the strategic plan with both her HR experience and her own experience as a business owner.
Renze Kramer – Trustee
Renze joined us in 2019 and has since committed to helping the organisation continue to develop and grow. With a Masters in Business Administration, majoring in business finance and project management, he is well prepared to excel in various challenging roles as a business partner or within finance to add value and assist with the growth of our organisation.
James Meyjes – Trustee
James is an experienced public sector professional, and currently a Secure Government Services Account Lead for Mastek, a digital and cloud transformation company based in Reading. Prior to joining Mastek, James has a background in public sector consultancy, and working as a civil servant for the Ministry of Defence. He brings with him a deep understanding of how the public sector operates, particularly policy, strategy and capability development.
James has a keen passion for supporting charities and the local community. As a Bracknell local, he is excited to have joined the Involve trustee board in 2023 and looks forward to helping the organisation to continue to develop and grow.
Keith Smith – Trustee
Keith holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and is an experienced Senior Executive and Non-Executive Director, with more than 40 years’ experience in the global IT software, SaaS and Commercial Education sectors. With in-depth exposure to sales, marketing and operations, and working with businesses ranging from start-ups to more established global companies, Keith has supported organisations in both the US and Europe as they break into new geographical markets, grow and move into profitability.
Demonstrating his passion for helping people achieve their aims and goals via learning, and making education available to all as and when they need it, Keith is also a Non-Executive Director for the London Learning Consortium.
Rajdip Marok-Dhanju – Trustee
Rajdip joined the Involve Board in 2023, bringing an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. She is committed to supporting Involve’s work in Bracknell Forest and contributes to long-term community planning through the 10-Year Communities Strategy Delivery Group.
As a Senior Project Manager in business consultancy and financial services, she has delivered complex global programmes across compliance, software, and infrastructure, alongside more than a decade of experience in property management. Rajdip has volunteered for over 10 years as a trustee and committee member across community, cultural, local council, and educational settings in Berkshire.
Her civic ethic is deeply rooted in giving back to the community. She currently serves on the Bracknell Forest Communities Partnership Forum and is Vice Chair of the Bracknell Forest Interfaith Forum, plus other forums on diversity, inclusion, and community cohesion, bringing a strong cross-sector perspective. Her experience and distinctive voice are valuable assets to the Involve Board.
