Welcome Spaces 🧡
Creating spaces across Bracknell Forest where everyone is welcome to relax, connect & try new activities... Join Our Mailing List
The Welcome Spaces project has been set up to encourage community connection and friendship across Bracknell Forest. We select local activities for people to attend with no need to book. We aim for these sessions to be welcoming and easy to access.
Join our mailing list to receive regular updates…
By linking people with activities, we hope to not only introduce more people to new and exciting local activities and opportunities, but to also create places where people can come together to chat, make new friends and relax in a supportive environment.
After all, community, connection and communication are all key to improving wellbeing! You can discover upcoming events by joining our mailing list…
Hi everyone, I’m Laura, Bracknell Forest’s Friendship Ambassador! đź‘‹
I have lived and worked in Bracknell Forest for most of my life and am passionate about our wonderful community and brilliant outdoor spaces. My working life has been a real mixture of business, education, and the charity sector. I love people and know just how important friendship is so I feel so privileged to be in a role here at Involve where I can help to bring people together, reducing social isolation for people of all ages. I will be running this exciting new Welcome Spaces Project so please feel free to contact me to find out more about what will be going on locally!

“I find it hard to know what’s going on where I live. I worry about trying new things, I wonder if I’ll be welcome, or if anyone will speak to me.”
