Stress Awareness Training

This Stress Awareness course aims to demonstrate how the root causes of stress can be managed, enabling you to cope better with stressful situations. We will discuss a range of practical ways and strategies employees can use to deal with stress and reduce it to a manageable level both in the workplace and in their personal lives.
This is a three hour workshop which will aim to identify symptoms of stress in oneself and others and to learn techniques to manage stress and promote wellbeing and motivation within the organisation.
- Identify workplace stressors
- Learn skills to understand control/influence
- Explore negative feelings
- Practice techniques for relaxation
This session will include facilitation throughout, checking for understanding of each topic.
