Course Details
Effective leadership is important because it creates confidence among the participants in an organisation and encourages a professional and positive environment.

Why Leadership is crucial to your charity

In a charity setting, leadership acts as the catalyst that makes all other business aspects work in tandem.  In the absence of proper leadership, business resources lie dormant.

Good leaders understand the strengths and weaknesses of their team and they know how to delegate tasks to them accordingly.  Leaders trust their team members with serious responsibilities creating loyalty and strength within a group.  Truly skilled leaders are also savvy enough to recognize which tasks should not be delegated.

While talent and willingness are necessary starting points for leadership, nurturing certain qualities in yourself or your staff can strengthen and improve capacity and will help an organisation to weather the inevitable ups and downs.

involve future leaders is designed to do just that.

Over a 6 month course you will learn all the key elements about leading your charity for the future, you will learn the key aspects of leading a charity and you will know yourself and how to lead others a whole lot better as result of the process.
