Volunteer Information Event
Jun th 10am-4pm at Coffee Republic
Organised by our Volunteers Manager, Yvette Hockley, this event was organised to get the public more involved in the voluntary sector. Various local organisations attended and had stalls with information to give to potential volunteers.
It was a great chance for local people to find out about volunteering opportunities and how to get involved. There were representatives from ABC to Read, BARA, Berkshire Vision, Bracknell library Service, Crowthorne and Easthampstead Rotary Clubs, Homestart, Me 2 Club, St Pauls Contact Centre, SEAP, Sustrans, Thames Hospice, U3A, and Youthline. We would like to say a big thank you to Coffee Republic and its staff for hosting us.
