advantage: Free HR Phone Advice
Do you need quick advice about a people issue?
Populo, a social enterprise run by Sonia Wilson, helps small charities, social enterprises and voluntary groups with any employment issues that may affect them.
How Populo can help
In May 2020, every Wednesday 10:00-12:00pm, they will be providing free HR telephone advice to small charities and social enterprises. So if you have a people issue which would benefit from running past an HR professional and is suitable to be resolved through a brief call then you could use this service. Calls should be around 30 minutes*, and could be regarding queries around the new Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, sickness absence, managing poor performance etc…
If you wish to make use of this free HR support service then please get in touch by calling 07584 731420. If for any reason they unable to answer your call then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so you can arrange a time to talk.
*Please note that this offer is not suitable if you have a long-standing complex employee issue or you require review/development of documentation.
