This Stress Awareness course aims to demonstrate how the root causes of stress can be managed, enabling you to cope better with stressful situations. We will discuss a range of practical ways and strategies employees can use to deal with stress and reduce it to a manageable level both in the workplace and in their personal lives.
This is a three hour workshop, led by Jo Hawkins, which will aim to identify symptoms of stress in oneself and others and to learn techniques to manage stress and promote wellbeing and motivation within the organisation.
- Identify workplace stressors
- Learn skills to understand control/influence
- Explore negative feelings
- Practice techniques for relaxation
This session will include facilitation throughout, checking for understanding of each topic.
