Voluntary Sector Networking Event
March 3 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pmFree
We are hosting a networking event for the voluntary and community sector (other partners also welcome) on Tuesday 3rd March from 9.30am-12.30pm at the Easthampstead Baptist Church.
The event will be centred on health priorities with our guest speakers being health colleagues.
Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System (ICS) has published a new five year strategy, ‘Creating Healthier Communities’ that highlights six clear ambitions for the next five years. The strategy, developed through high levels of engagement, reflects local needs, issues and priorities and is ambitious for our population and system. It will tackle the wider determinants of health and wellbeing for our population – its development has been based on what people have told us, alongside good data and intelligence. For further information go to: https://www.frimleyhealthandcare.org.uk/about/our-plans/creating-healthier-communities/
At this event on 3rd March we want to share the new strategy with you by holding an event that aims to:
- Share what we have done to develop the Five year plan and tell you about the shared ambition for the system
- Share and provide information on how we are delivering integrated care systems for local people
- Ask you what you think about the strategy
- Increase our number of community engagement ambassadors, what that means and how you can join in
This event is free to attend and hot drinks and light refreshments will be available.
We look forward to seeing you all there!
